Meet Seffner's Newest Millionaire, Second-Time Lottery Winner
A 64-year-old man from Seffner won a million dollars from the Florida Lottery's Cash Club Scratch-Off game.

SEFFNER, FL — A Seffner man won a million dollars from the Florida Lottery's Cash Club Scratch-Off game Monday.
Michael Landcaster, 64, bought his winning ticket at Citgo, 930 West U.S. Highway 92, Seffner. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $880,000. He used a secure drop box at the Tampa District Office to claim his prize. The retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.
Two years ago, he won a $500,000 top prize from the $500,000 Jackpot Multiplier Scratch-Off game, according to a news release.
