Nursing Assistant Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 85-Year-Old Man
A certified nursing assistant has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting an 85-year-old man in Sun City Center.
SUN CITY CENTER, FL – A certified nursing assistant has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting an 85-year-old man in Sun City Center.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Roberto Kirkland, 35, of 1716 Bonita Bluff Court, Ruskin, is accused of sexually assaulting an elderly resident Brookdale Senior Living in Sun City Center between June 6 and 9.
During an interview, Kirkland admitted to the offense. He was arrested and transported to the Orient Road Jail where he is charged with one count of sexual battery.
