Police Investigate Homicide In Riverview
A woman was killed in a Riverview community on Monday morning, and another victim was taken to the hospital with injuries.

BLOOMINGDALE-RIVERVIEW, FL — Police located a person of interest with information for a homicide that took place in the Southfork Lakes community on Monday morning in Riverview, a police news release said.
A shooting that occurred around 4 a.m., took the life of a woman in the 13000 block of Clement Pride Boulevard, authorities said. Another victim was injured at the scene, and taken to a local hospital.
Detectives do not believe the shooting was random, as those involved all know each other.

The person of interest was a 20-year-old Hispanic male, 5 feet, 7 inches tall and about 140 pounds. Early Monday morning, police asked the public's help to locate this man. Later in the morning, police located him.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office told Patch he was not a suspect, just a person of interest.

In an earlier police news release sent out, police thought he could potentially be armed and dangerous.
Due to Marsy's Law, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is not releasing the victims' identities.
There is no further information from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office about a suspect.
