Riverview Man Dies In Single-Car Crash On I-75

RIVERVIEW, FL -- A Riverview man died Friday, May 11, following a crash on Interstate 75.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Ever Noe Chavez Romero, 21, was driving north on I-75 at a high speed when he lost control of his 2009 Mazda3. The car left the highway and hit a pole near mile marker 252.5 around 9:14 p.m. Romero was pronounced dead at the scene.
