Riverview Man Killed, Another Injured in Shooting
BREAKING: The two were shot Wednesday night at a Seffner home, deputies said.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL – One Riverview man was killed and another man from Riverview injured in a shooting Wednesday night at a Seffner residence, officials said.
Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies responded to a 911 call from the suspected shooter at 10 p.m. to the home on the 1000 block of Lianne Place where a deceased male was found inside the house, deputies said.
The second man, also shot, was transported to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, and the alleged shooter, also a male, remained at the scene, but was hospitalized for "unrelated medical issues," according to deputies.
Deputies this afternoon identified the deceased victim as William Edgar McCallister, 43, and the injured man as David Jack McCallister, 51. The name of the alleged shooter was not released.

Detectives suspect the men knew each other and that this was not a random act, but rather followed "an incident" shortly before 10 p.m. that prompted one to pull out a gun and shoot the other two, deputies said. The investigation is ongoing.
