In addition, multiple code violations were observed. Code Enforcement responded and condemned four of the residences which were "in deplorable living conditions," according to the sheriff's office. There were electrical wires exposed, sunken roofing and hazardous materials scattered throughout the property.

Child Protection responded and sheltered three children, ages  2, 7 and 8.

Tampa Electric also responded in reference to the theft of electricity and the Animal Services Department responded and seized two unlicensed dogs.

The Auto Theft Unit located multiple stolen items including a stolen vehicle, stolen motorcycle and motorcycle parts. Detectives also located and confirmed several other pieces of stolen property including an air compressor, television, box blade and miscellaneous hand tools.  The total value of recovered stolen property is approximately $10,000.

Also arrested three other adults living at the residence and charged them with child neglect and culpable negligence including Lehman Glen Brannon, 32, Amy Renee Tarkinton, 28, and Heather Nicole Creech, 28.

The investigation is continuing.
