Sheriff Searches For Riverview Burger King 'Hamburglar'
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has identified a 53-year-old man accused of burglarizing the Burger King at 10395 Big Bend Road.
RUSKIN, FL -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has identified a 53-year-old man accused of burglarizing the Burger King at 10395 Big Bend Road in Riverview.
From surveillance video, the sheriff's office believe it was Ronald Gordon Waltens who broke into the restaurant around 3:20 a.m. on March 2 by climbing through a drive-through window. The burglar stole $2,578 in cash and fled through a back door.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest. He is known to frequent the Brandon area. Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's office at 813-247-8200. To be eligible for a cash reward, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-TIPS (8477).
