Sheriff Seeks 2 Men In Connection With Ruskin Shooting

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has issued warrants for two men involved in a shooting that left two people hospitalized.

RUSKIN, FL – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has issued warrants for two men involved in a shooting that left two people hospitalized.

Frabricio Yosue Menocal Cisnados, 20, and David Lopez De La Torre, 21, arrived together at an apartment at 925 Sawgrass Marsh Court in Ruskin where they reportedly fired shots at two victims over an argument involving a girlfriend.

The victims were both shot in the legs and transported to Tampa General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Cisnados and De La Torre fled the scene in a white Toyota Camry with the Florida tag: 9513TJ.

Cisnados was in possession of a semi-automatic firearm. De La Torre was in possession of an unknown caliber revolver. Anyone who comes in contact with the two reported men should use caution. They are believed to be armed and dangerous.
