Sheriff Seeks Help Finding Thieves Who Stole $7,000 In Cigarettes
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is seeking help to identify the thieves who stole thousands of dollars worth of cigarettes.
RUSKIN, FL -- The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in identifying three people who stole thousands of dollars worth of cigarettes on Tuesday morning, Sept. 11, from a convenience store in Ruskin.
Just before 5 a.m., three black men entered the Circle K convenience store at 2810 College Ave. E. in Ruskin. The men climbed over the store counter and filled trash bags with about 50 cartons of cigarettes, valued at approximately $7,000. All three men fled in a gray sedan, possibly a Nissan Altima.
The suspects are all between the ages of 18 to 25 years old, 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall.. One thief was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with a white T-shirt and black beanie hat. Another was wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants and a green beanie hat. The third was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, gray pants and had facial hair.
