RIVERVIEW, FL -- A Tampa man has been arrested on three counts of sexual battery after being accused of molesting a Riverview girl. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested Joshua Rian Benjamin, 30, of the 4800 block of Double D Circle in Tampa on Thursday .
