U.S. Marshals Seek Fugitive Wanted In Homicide Of Ruskin Couple
United States Marshals are offering up to $3,000 reward for information leading to the apprehension of McKinsie Lyons.

TAMPA, FL – The United States Marshal’s Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force is offering up to $3,000 reward for information leading to the apprehension of McKinsie Alexander Lyons.
Lyons is wanted for two counts of first-degree murder, murder of an unborn child, burglary of a dwelling with assault or battery and possession of a firearm by a felon.
On Jan. 24 at about 11 a.m., Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 2611 14th Ave. S.E. in Ruskin after receiving a report of two bodies inside the mobile home.

When they arrived, deputies found the bodies of Juanita Donna Solozano, 33, and Alexis Martinez, 24, who lived at the address. Solozano was five months’ pregnant when she died.
The Medical Examiner's Office concluded that both died of gunshot wounds.

Detectives were able to acquire surveillance video from the home showing Samona Louise Ramey, 32, of Wimauma, knocking on the door of the mobile home at about 2 a.m. Martinez answered and walked outside where he was confronted by two men with handguns who forced him back into the mobile home. One man was wearing a mask.
After forceing Martinez and Solozano into a bedroom, they began searching the home for drugs and guns.
Ramey and Lyons were positively identified from the video. Ramey was arrested a few days later and charged with two counts of first-degree felony murder with a firearm. Lyons has been able to evade capture.
Lyons, 39, also goes by the name McKinsie Sharp. He has black hair, brown eyes, is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 220 pounds. He is known to frequent Ruskin and Wimauma.
