City staff warn that a statewide homestead exemption amendment on November's ballot could later strip Boca of up to $16.7 million a year in property tax revenue, pressuring future budgets and contracts.

Investigators say Apple Pay records linked him to cases in Delray Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, and he now faces a felony retail theft charge before being released on bond.
