The new floral atelier is locally owned and operated by Samantha and Ryan Garvey, a husband-and-wife team whose personal love story led them to bring French Florist’s elevated floral experience to South Florida. The Boca Raton florist offers a curated collection of premium floral designs crafted to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. The boutique provides same-day flower delivery in Boca Raton and the surrounding areas.
“Flowers played a huge role in our relationship. When we were long-distance, sending flowers was how I showed up for Samantha,” said Ryan Garvey. “When she moved to Florida, I realized how hard it was to find arrangements that felt thoughtful and special. French Florist was everything we felt was missing in our community.”
Samantha Garvey brings a creative eye and deep appreciation for artistry to the business. Raised in Los Angeles with family roots tied to a greenhouse in East Texas, she spent more than a decade working in the IT industry before stepping away to pursue a more people-focused, creative path. Ryan, a Clemson University graduate, also made a significant career shift, leaving behind a background in finance and mortgage lending to build a passion-driven business rooted in community connection. He brings a personal tie to floristry as well; his grandfather worked in a floral shop in Baltimore and later helped manage the U.S. National Arboretum in Washington, D.C., instilling an early appreciation for the power of flowers to bring people together. Now, the couple is excited to channel their combined experiences into something joyful and community-driven, viewing this venture as the perfect next chapter.
