Umbrella, a community platform that helps seniors in Palm Beach and Broward counties, is coordinating the delivery of groceries and medication to seniors during the spread of the new coronavirus. The company is also seeking volunteers to help make urgent deliveries.

"We have orders coming in every hour at this point - from dialysis patients, parents with special needs children, and more - and wanted to make sure that seniors or anyone who's immunocompromised (and their families) know they don't have to go outside to get the essentials they need," Lindsay Ullman, founder of Umbrella, said.

Anyone can call 561-475-2448 to place a grocery delivery or medication pick up request can do so online here.
