PARKLAND, FL. – The “resort-at-home” lifestyle is being taken to new heights at K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Parkland 55+ community, where an exciting, state-of-the-art clubhouse will be unveiled to the public on Saturday, May 19th, and Sunday, May 20th.

From noon to 4 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, all guests will enjoy complimentary refreshments, exciting entertainment, and a variety of lifestyle activities that will conjure up memories of a favorite vacation. Culinary experiences, arts-and-crafts, fitness classes, athletic events, theater sessions, music, and dancing are just some of the happenings that will take place throughout the weekend. Visitors will also have the opportunity to tour the 24,000 square-foot clubhouse, stroll through the community’s outdoor amenity areas, and spend some time at the tropical, resort-style swimming pool.

The expansive new clubhouse will immediately become the centerpiece of K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Parkland. The 55+ community of 538 homes is rising on a scenic property of winding roads lined with palm trees, tranquil lakes, and attractive home sites. A total of 18 different single-story home designs are available with up to 3,615 square feet of living space, at prices starting from the upper $400s (subject to change without notice).

The clubhouse at K.
