The Literacy Coalition is Hiring: The Literacy Coalition is searching for a Development Director who will support the Chief Executive Officer as a member of the Coalition’s leadership team. They will assumes responsibility for donor development including proposal writing, reporting, identifying, and contacting prospects. Involves setting fundraising goals and implementing plans and tactics to achieve these goals. Includes actively participating in fundraising events, building lasting relationships with donors, and keeping them informed on how their financial input is making an impact. Requires independent exercise of discretion and judgment including the monitoring of grants for compliance with requirements from funders.
