Becoming more of a consultant is certainly a change from his previous positions, but as stated previously, Michael willingly accepts challenges and embraces change.

Though Michael Ralby does not have as much experience in sales as he does in other aspects of his career, he was drawn to the sales side of business largely due to his experience playing sports. Competitive drive, communication, and the pursuit of personal goals are key in sports, and as a former professional tennis player, Michael had worked to develop these traits and ways of thinking. Playing sports and encouraging his children to do the same has helped Michael learn new skills, expand his horizons, and foster essential characteristics in his sons.

Michael Ralby has worked for a number of firms in the Boca Raton area including First Miami Securities, Smith Barney, and Oppenheimer & Co., and he has also worked for some of the industry’s primary powerhouses.
