1 Killed, 4 Injured In Shooting Outside Bradenton Bar

One person was killed and four people were injured during a shooting at a Manatee County bar shortly after midnight Monday, June 11.

BRADENTON, FL. -- One person was killed and four people were injured during a shooting at a Manatee County bar shortly after midnight Monday, June 11.

The Manatee County Sheriff's Office said a 39-year-old man was fatally shot at Tommy Knockers bar, 5627 14th St. W., Bradenton.

Witnesses told deputies that the deceased victim, Gabriel Conde, was at the bar drinking with two other men when another group of men began arguing with them. They said the argument moved outside and the two groups began fighting.

At some point, one of the men pulled out a gun and began shooting. Conde was shot and killed.

Witnesses said the shooter fled with two or three other males in a white 4-door vehicle, believed to be a Chevrolet Impala.

The shooter is described as a bald Hispanic male, about 5'8" tall, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jean shorts.

Deputies said the other victims were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
