1 Killed In Bradenton Police Shooting: Report
A police shooting killed a person accused of being armed while officers served a search warrant in Bradenton, a media report says.

BRADENTON, FL — A police shooting killed a person Tuesday morning at a home in the 400 block of 9th Avenue West, according to media reports.
Bradenton Police, late morning, said they were at the scene of a police shooting in the area. No officers were injured, police said.
Officers were at the home to serve a high-risk search warrant, BPD Public Information Officer Meredith Censullo told Fox13.

After entering the home, officers reportedly encountered a room with a covering over the doorway.
A person in the room was accused of being armed and not complying with commands, Fox13 reported.

An officer then shot three times, hitting the person, who died, the news outlet reported.
There were reportedly two others in the home at the time.
It is unknown why the search warrant was being served. The person who died was not identified.
