2 Teens Charged In Drive-By Shooting Of 14-Year-Old: Police
A 14-year-old was injured in a drive-by shooting in a 600 block of 21st Road East in Bradenton Tuesday, police said.

BRADENTON, FL — Two teenagers have been arrested and charged in a Tuesday afternoon drive-by shooting in Bradenton that injured a 14-year-old, Bradenton police said in a news release.
The victim was shot in the leg at a private residence in the 600 block of 21st Road East. They were treated at Manatee Memorial Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and has been released, police said.

Both the shooter, 17-year-old Alexander Palacios, and the driver of the vehicle, 15-year-old Jose Antonio Santamaria, have been charged with second-degree attempted murder and shooting into an occupied dwelling, police said.
Palacios has also been charged with possession of a firearm by a minor.
