4 Yard-Waste Drop-Off Sites Supplement Bradenton's Temporary Solid Waste Schedule
With yard waste and recycling temporarily picked up during alternating weeks, 4 yard-waste drop-off sites have been established in the city.
BRADENTON, FL β In response to a CDL driver shortage across the solid waste industry, the city of Bradenton adopted a temporary solid waste schedule in July where yard waste and recycling are picked up in alternating weeks.
To supplement its yard-waste collection while this temporary schedule is in place, the city has established four drop-off sites.
βThese additional measures will not replace bi-weekly yard waste service to residents but are intended to supplement those collections, especially during the off weeks when recycling is collected instead of yard waste,β the city said in a news release.
