5 Braden River High Students Charged With Raping 13-Year-Old

Five Braden River High School students have been charged with raping a 13-year-old girl last summer.

BRADENTON, FL -- Five Braden River High School students have been charged with raping a 13-year-old girl last summer.

According to a story in the Bradenton Herald, Timothy Hinds, 18; Joshua Calloway, 16; Isaiah Gallardo, 17; and Shamar Mobley, 15, were arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 23, and charged with sexual battery, a first-degree felony.

The fifth student has not yet been located and still faces arrest.

The teen girl reported to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office that she snuck out of her home Aug. 18 to meet one of the accused teens at an apartment to watch a Netflix movie, according to the Bradenton Herald. About a half an hour later, the four other teen boys showed up at the apartment. The girl told the sheriff's office that each boy took a turn raping her.
