Bees Outside Bradenton Police Headquarters Rescued, Rehomed
Healing River Beekeepers were called in to rescue and rehome the bees outside the Bradenton Police Department's headquarters Monday.
BRADENTON, FL — After finding a large bee swarm in a tree outside the Bradenton Police Department headquarters, police decided call in some help to safely relocate the bees.
Healing River Beekeepers worked outside police headquarters, which is located at 100 10th Street W., to rescue and rehome the bees Monday. The rescue organization extracts swarms of bees throughout the area and provides them with a healthy home. They also have a line of honey and related products.
Bradenton police shared pictures from the bee rescue to their Twitter and Facebook accounts.
