Bradenton Man Dies Following I-75 Crash
The accident shutdown the northbound lanes for about two hours Monday evening.

A 63-year-old Bradenton man died following a Monday night wreck on Interstate 75.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Cirilo Rubio was heading northbound in the outside lane approaching mile marker 216 around 6:20 p.m. when the crash occurred. Rubio veered left into the center lane to avoid slow traffic ahead, but over-corrected to the right. His 2002 Isuzu Rodeo overturned, rolled two times and ended up on its roof.
Rubio was taken to Blake Medical Center in critical condition, a highway patrol report stated. He later died from his injuries.
