Bradenton Man Dies Following Accident On State Road 70

MANATEE COUNTY, FL -- A 55-year-old Bradenton man has died from injuries sustained in a crash on State Road 70 west of 253rd Street East Tuesday, Sept. 25.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Marco Antonio Aviles was driving his Honda Accord west on SR 70 when he lost control and collided with a westbound GMC Yukon driven by Diego Perez Guillen, 25, of Bradenton.

Aviles died at Lakewood Ranch Hospital. His passenger, Aliza Isabel Aviles, 18, of Bradenton was taken to Tampa General Hospital with serious injuries.

Guillen and his passenger, Tomas Ventura Marcos, 29, of Bradenton, were treated for minor injuries at Lakewood Ranch Hospital.
