Colony Cove celebrates major property renovations

Colony Cove, a premier active lifestyle community located just inside the Sarasota/Bradenton metro area, is unveiling major property renovations on March 12, 2015 with a pool party celebration.

Extensive renovations have been made to the community pool area, which now includes new pool decking, fencing and furniture. Members of the surrounding community are invited to join Colony Cove residents in exploring the newly renovated amenities from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. on March 12 at the Colony Cove Harmony Hall Pool. Party goers will enjoy drinks and a live performance from local band, Shotgun Justice.

Those interested in finding out more about the community may also take part in a “parade of homes,” which will allow visitors the opportunity to tour new, available homes at the community from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. In addition to the newly renovated Harmony Hall Pool, Colony Cove offers residents four additional swimming pools, four clubhouses, two fitness centers, a banquet room, billiard facilities, a private boat dock and more.
