Drowning Victim Identified
The woman was found Friday morning in a pool in Braden River Ranchettes.

The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an early morning drowning of a woman in Bradenton.
According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to the 3000 block of 73rd Street East around 9:15 a.m. Friday. There they found a woman in her 50s dead in a swimming pool.
Sheriff’s office spokesman Dave Bristow said the woman has been identified as Isabel Wetz, 55. Wetz, deputies say, was last seen by her boyfriend Raymond Boyette Thursday evening. Boyette told deputies, Wetz went to bed while he was up watching television. When Boyette woke up Friday morning, he couldn’t find her, an email from the sheriff’s office to media stated.
