Sensei Kevin Bergquist is about discipline, integrity and respect.  He teaches his students that martial arts is more than fighting, forms and weapons. It’s also about being well rounded and respectable ladies and gentleman. His students, of all ages, look up to him as an importa.  He never raises his voice and treats all students with the upmost respect.
