World-renowned tenor, Joe Spinella, will sing with the Sarasota Mandolin Orchestra at the Ortygia courtyard. Chef Gaetano Cannata will delight you with such classics as roasted fennel in a Pinot Grigio cream or “Pollo Carciofi,” sautéed boneless chicken breast with spinach, artichokes, black olives and caprino cheese. For dessert, enjoy a fig tart in honey vanilla cream. Two seatings:  6 and 7:30 PM for $45 pp.   Call 941-741-8646
