Chef Greg Campbell announces a new cooking class Asian Small Plates on Thursday, January 26, 2012 from 6-9pm at Pier 22.
Enjoy an up close and personal demonstration by Chef Greg while learning how to make five signature Asian themed small plates. Chef Greg walks through a step by step preparation of each small plate which includes: Vegetable Spring Rolls with ponzu, Tuna Tango with avocado and scallion, Chinese Dumplings with moo shu pork, Sichuan Shrimp Satays and Ginger Ice Cream. The price is $ 29.95 per person (plus tax, tip and beverages) and includes an instructional syllabus and five-course sample.
