Pier 22 Presents Fast Food Elegant Dining by Executive Chef Greg Campbell

Enjoy an up close and personal demonstration by Chef Greg Campbell as he guides the class through various
techniques to create fast and delicious plates. The focus of this class is to create quick, easy but delectable meals.

Chef Greg walks through a step by step preparation of Tenderloin Tataki with balsamic mixed greens,berries and shaved Asiago, Wasabi Crusted Chicken and Asian ginger slaw, Shrimp, tasso and cheese grits, Poached Salmon with celery, carrots, onion and red potatoes in a
white wine oregano broth, and Bananas Foster with vanilla bean ice cream
.

The price is $ 29.95 per person (plus tax,tip  and beverages) and includes an instructional syllabus and five-course sample.
