FL Teen Missing Since December May Be In NC: Palmetto Police
Investigators are looking for a teen girl who was reported missing by her mother on Dec. 16, may be in NC, Clearwater, Palmetto police said.

PALMETTO, FL — Investigators are looking for a teenage girl from Palmetto who was reported missing by her mother on Dec. 16.
It’s believed that Bailey Proctor, 15, left home on her own and isn’t in immediate danger, according to a Palmetto Police Department news release.
Since Dec. 16, she’s been active on social media and has made contact with friends, police said.

Bailey may have traveled to the Maggie Valley area of North Carolina over the holidays. Palmetto police are working with law enforcement officials and media there to be on the lookout for her, the agency said.
It’s not known if the girl is still in North Carolina. She’s also known to frequent the Clearwater area.

The missing teen is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds. She is thin and has a fair complexion, hazel eyes and black hair that is medium length and straight, police said.
Bailey also has several tattoos, including a crescent moon on her cheek, and sometimes goes by the name “Athena.”
