J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. breaks ground on new luxury pet resort in Osprey

Drawing on its expertise in building high-quality pet facilities, J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. (www.JECharlotte.com) has been selected by Bayside Pet Resort & Spa to build a second full-service, state-of-the-art luxury overnight facility for dogs and cats, this time in Osprey, Fla. at 728 S. Tamiami Trail.

The future Osprey resort will include all of the services offered at Bayside’s first two locations. Designed as a fun full-service resort for cats and dogs, the site will include lodging and grooming, as well as climate-controlled play rooms and covered outdoor play areas.

The first Bayside Pet Resort & Spa opened in 2012 in Sarasota, offering pet owners an impressive array of services, including overnight lodging, live-streaming webcams, large indoor and outdoor play areas, pet massages, grooming and more. In 2013, the Bayside Pet Spa opened in an existing shopping plaza in University Park, specializing in grooming and spa services, massages and other ways to pamper pets.
