Dahlquist’s burger is the “Jiffy Burger” which consists of cheese, bacon, lettuce, and creamy peanut butter.
After trying the burger Dahlquist said, “The burger is definitely a heavy one. It will take some time to digest before your mother will let you jump in and swim a few laps in the pool.”

Dahlquist overall reaction to such a great surprise is that he has reached the pinnacle of success in Manatee County. “I have always yearned for and dreamed of having a menu item named for me, especially a hamburger,” said Dahlquist.
But he is not taking all the credit for it. He believes his name says more about LRHS and the community more than him. “I just happen to be the principal at the right school at the right time,” added Dahlquist.
The “Jiffy Burger” will remain under Dahlquist’s name for around nine to 12 months.
