Sugalski said, “Kinsey is one of the rare students who cares about understanding the material and is not just in it for a grade.”

Sugalski is the only teacher to be nominated by UF this year.

Along with the nomination, LRHS will be given a grant of $5,000 for school supplies and materials needed throughout the 2021-2022 school year.

Sugalski added, “As a teacher we worry we aren’t making a large enough impact, but thanks to Kinsey and the SEC Extra Yard Teacher program, I know that what I do does have a positive impact.”
