Clearly, she wasn’t ready to come home. The great outdoors can seem like quite the adventure for runaway pets!

Cat Depot’s partners for the 2015 Giving Challenge - Honor Animal Rescue - spotted Petunia playing with their puppies, but cats are fast, and she managed to escape before they realized she was there unsupervised.

Things took a turn for the worse when Petunia’s collar was found on the ground. Now how was she going to get home?
New sightings were reported. Petunia wandered around alone in dangerous situations!

Then, Animal Services found her! Relief!
Good thing she was microchipped!
