MANATEE COUNTY, FL — Deputies are looking for a missing 12-year-old girl who ran away from her Bradenton home Friday afternoon, the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office posted on its Facebook page.

Scarlett Jameson was last seen at her home in the 3500 block of 14th Street West, the agency said.

Detectives believe she may have gone to the Palmetto area.
