Mobile Home Park Shooter In Custody: Manatee County Sheriff's Office
The suspect fatally shot another man at a Bradenton mobile home park during an argument over drugs, Manatee County Sheriff's Office said.

BRADENTON, FL — The suspect in Thursday morning’s fatal shooting at Mel Mar Village Mobile Home Park in Bradenton was taken into custody Friday afternoon, according to a Manatee County Sheriff’s Office news release.
Jeremy Marshall, 36, of Bradenton was arrested and charged with murder.
He shot and killed a 23-year-old man in a dispute over drugs, the sheriff’s office said. The victim’s name is not being released under Marsy’s Law.

Deputies responded around 8:30 a.m. to the mobile home park, where they found the victim with a severe gunshot wound to his head inside a home, MCSO said.
EMS responded and tried to save the victim, who died at the scene a few minutes later.

A witness told detectives that the victim argued with another man — later identified as Marshall — who shot him in the head. The suspect ran from the area before deputies arrived.
