Mom, 2 Missing Kids Sought In Tampa Bay Area

MANATEE COUNTY, FL – Area law enforcement Wednesday released photos of a mother and two children, and their possible SUV, who are sought in connection with an out-of-state court order, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.

Local detectives are assisting Pickens County, SC authorities who have a court order to locate the adult female, Siquanna Armstrong, her son, Drake Terrell, 2, and 5-year-old daughter, Laila Terrell.

A third child Wednesday morning was dropped off at a family member's Bradenton home, then Armstrong left the residence with the other two, deputies said.

The South Carolina court document orders the missing children be taken into custody when found, the agency said. Anyone with information or who sees the trio or vehicle can contact Manatee County deputies at (941) 747-3011.
