Motorcyclist Dies In Fatal Crash While Leaving Bradenton Parking Lot
The car's driver was arrested for driving without a license, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
BRADENTON, FL — A 56-year-old motorcyclist was killed after being hit by a car while leaving a shopping plaza parking lot in Bradenton Tuesday afternoon, according to a Florida Highway Patrol news release.
The Bradenton man was hit while making a right turn out of the parking lot onto U.S. 41 around 4:40 p.m.
The car, driven by a 31-year-old Bradenton woman, was traveling south on U.S. 41 and approaching the parking lot driveway at the time of the crash.

The man was thrown from his motorcycle and landed in the southbound inside lane of the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene, FHP said.
The woman was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license and booked into Manatee County Jail, the agency said.
