BRADENTON, FL — A car crash and fire shut down the northbound lanes of 1st Street East between 13th Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr Avenue Tuesday morning, Bradenton police tweeted. All lanes have reopened, but the accident backed up downtown traffic for much of the morning.
