Pier 22 and Executive Chef Greg Campbell announce Hook and Ladder Wine Dinner

A special evening of wine paired with a delectably prepared five course dinner on Friday, January 29, 2016 from 6:30pm at Pier 22.

This exclusive dinner also includes passed Hor D’oeuvres. The price is $99.95 per person plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 941.748.8087.

This dinner features exquisite Hor D’oeuvres and a five-course meal prepared by Chef Greg Campbell:

Passed Cocktail Course – Quail “Scotch” Egg paired with a 2013 Estate Early Harvest Gewurztraminer.

First Course – Butter Poached Lobster with Lobster Bisque paired with a 2014 “Third Alarm” Reserve Chardonnay.

Second Course – Roasted Beet Burrata Caprese paired with a 2013 Estate Pinot Noir.

Third Course – Pasture Raised Pork Rillette, Coconut Slaw, Smoked Cheddar and Toast paired with a 2012 Estate Los Amigos Ranch Cabernet Franc.

Fourth Course – Buffalo Prime Rib, Duck Fat Fried Potatoes and Fire Roasted Brussel Sprouts paired with a 2012 “Third Alarm” Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon.

Dessert Course – “Oh my!” French Toast, Crunchy Peanut Butter, Bananas Foster and a Roasted Marshmallow.
