Plant High Rowing wrapping up solid summer sessions
Plant High Rowing Head Coach Michael Moseley and his staff are wrapping up a successful 2016 summer season. Over one hundred 5th to 12th grade students will have come through the rowing camps this summer. Camps are 2 weeks in length (either 3 or 5 days a week 8-11:30) and no experience is needed. When fall begins our high school program starts up for Plant High School students while middle school rowing programs continue.
Plant High Rowing will be well represented at the 20th Annual Halifax Summer Regatta this Saturday July 23 to 24 at the Inter-coastal Waterway on Halifax River in Daytona Beach Fl. Plant High athletes will be competing against 30 teams from around the South East. Plant High will account for the most number of boat entries at the race (athletes will be racing 4 to 5 times in 50 different boats).
Coach Moseley and his staff wish all the rowers great success in Daytona Beach.
