Press Release: Woody's Bar-B-Q(R) Serves Up One Stud of a Spud for Fall

Southern Barbecue Chain Introduces Three Limited Time Only "Locked and Loaded" Baked Potatoes

Jacksonville, Florida, September 22, 2015 – To enhance its signature menu of slow smoked meats and comfort food side, authentic Southern barbecue franchise – Woody’s Bar-B-Q – regularly introduces limited time only (LTO) items at its restaurants nationwide. This fall is no exception, as the chain raises the curtain on three “locked and loaded” baked potatoes that are certain to stick to the ribs of spud-loving members of Woody’s adoring fanbase.

Spicy Spur: This generously proportioned baked potato from the great state of Idaho serves as the perfect platform for layer after layer of melted garlic butter, shredded cheddar jack cheese, sour cream, chopped Azar sausage, and – for something surprising – a dollop of tasty yellow mustard.

Sweet & Sloppy: Inspired by Woody’s most popular sandwich – the Sloppy Woody – this sweet masterpiece begins with a perfectly prepared sweet potato topped with garlic butter, Woody’s signature sweet sauce, creamy coleslaw – piled high with slow-smoked barbecue pork.
