How long have you been cooking? I have been cooking since I was 15. Our family business was started in New Jersey and my dad invited me into the kitchen to make penne in vodka sauce. It was so much fun and tasted delicious, and I’ve been cooking every since. We are third-generation pizza wizards!

Do you cook at home? No, my wife cooks and I am very happy about that.

What is your favorite comfort food? My wife’s shrimp marinara over rice.

Other than your restaurant, where else do you like to eat in Bradenton?  My favorite restaurant is , in the Village of the Arts.
