Troopers Seek Help Identifying Woman Killed In Crash
The wreck happened along U.S. 41 Wednesday. The woman, who was on foot, died Thursday at Blake Medical Center.

Bradenton, FL — The Florida Highway Patrol is looking for help identifying a woman who died Thursday following a Wednesday morning crash on U.S. 41 at 60th Avenue West.
According to the highway patrol, the woman, believed to be between the age of 60 and 70, was hospitalized following the Wednesday crash, but passed away from her injuries.
She was wearing white Capri pants and had a silver-colored ring on her left middle finger, the agency wrote in a report.

The accident occurred around 7:24 a.m. Wednesday as a Chevrolet driven by Raymond Addis Wilson, 73, of Bradenton was heading east on 60th Avenue West. At that time, the woman was walking westbound in the marked crosswalk on U.S. 41, just north of 60th Avenue West, the patrol said.
Wilson, the patrol said, came to a complete stop at the intersection with U.S. 41 and then proceeded to turn left.

When Wilson made the turn, he failed to see the woman in the crosswalk, a highway patrol report said. The front of Wilson’s vehicle struck the woman, who was thrown to the ground.
The crash remains under investigation with charges pending the outcome.

Wilson and his passenger were not injured in the crash.
