The couple has been blocked from suing Airbnb because they agreed to the vacation rental website's terms of service, reports said.

MANATEE COUNTY, FL β€” A Texas couple wants to sue Airbnb after finding spy cameras in their Manatee County rental.

They asked the Supreme Court of Florida to bring the case to trial, but the couple has been blocked from suing the company because they agreed to the rental’s terms and conditions, WFLA reported.

Their lawyer argued that Airbnb’s terms of service weren’t clear that they were giving up their legal rights to having their case heard in court.
