BRADENTON, FL — The Manatee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance in finding a missing woman who walked away from a Bradenton care facility on Monday afternoon.

Susan Boucher, 53, was last seen at the facility in the 1900 block of 49th Street E. around 4 p.m., according to a news release from the agency.

She has several health conditions that require medication, the sheriff’s office said.

Boucher stands 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds, MCSO said. She has shoulder-length, salt-and-pepper hair.

She was last seen wearing a cream-colored sweatshirt, pink pants, and white frame reading glasses, and was possibly carrying a large cream/brown purse.

Detectives say she is known to visit the Walmart and McDonald’s along 53rd Avenue E.
