1,350 Jobs Open At Tampa Bay Area Home Depots
The company is preparing for the busy spring season by bolstering staffing at its 30 stores in the region.

TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay area job seekers with a penchant for building might find a hiring push as local Home Depot stores of interest.
The company’s 30 local stores are all adding staffing to prepare for the busy spring season. An estimated 1,350 people will be added in part- and full-time positions to ramp up for spring, company officials say.
The Home Depot is looking for help across all departments, including in sales, operations and at the checkout line. Permanent Home Depot employees are offered profit sharing, a discounted stock purchase plan, a 401k and tuition assistance, among other perks.

“There’s no better time to join our team than spring, whether you’re a college student, recent grad or a veteran hoping to build a career, a retiree who wants a fun job, or anyone who simply enjoys home improvement,” Tim Crow, the company’s executive vice president of human resources, said in a statement.
