3 Men Arrested After Shots Fired In Residential Area: Police
Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested three men on multiple charges after shots were fired at a Brandon complex.
BRANDON, FL — Police have arrested three men on multiple charges in connection with a June 10 shootout in Brandon that took place at an apartment complex, a Hillsborough County police news release said.
Surveillance video taken from Lakewood Place Apartments, located at 1701 Chapman Drive in Brandon, helped lead police to the accused shooters.
Detectives found more than 60 shell casings and a Smith & Wesson magazine at the scene of the shooting.

Police say Luis Monge, 21, fired his weapon from his car and into a residential area. Authorities found a Smith & Wesson pistol inside Monge's gray Kia Sportage.
In addition to the arrest of Monge, officials have arrested Jawuan King, 21, and Devin Smith, 24, in connection with the shooting.

When Smith was arrested, deputies found three firearms in his possession.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said they each have multiple charges:
Luis Monge:
- Felon in possession of a firearm
- Felon in possession of a firearm (ammunition)
- Discharge of a firearm in public or residential property.
Jawuan Malik Kin:
- Charged with felon in possession of a firearm
- Carrying a concealed firearm
- Discharge of a firearm in public or residential property
- Six outstanding warrants for violation of probation (armed trafficking, carrying concealed firearm, possession of heroin, possession of Phenethylamine, possession of cannabis with intent to deliver/sell and possession of a controlled substance)
Devin Dominique Smith:
- Armed possession of a controlled substance
- Shooting at within or into a building
- Shooting at within or into a vehicle
- Carrying a concealed firearm
- Discharge of a firearm in public or residential property
